DeafLEAD requires and encourages the participation in ongoing training for employees, volunteers and providers. This programming improves professional knowledge and skills, and enhances work performance.
Training at DeafLEAD is a shared responsibility by all.
We aim to develop and train employees and volunteers so they can learn and acquire tools necessary to perform activities aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, code of ethics, and policy guidelines.
