Donate to DeafLEAD
DeafLEAD was created to determine and facilitate meeting the needs of the Deaf communities in Missouri. For 28 years, we have been able to be there for our clients, because our community has been there for us.
Daily, we have advocates, social workers and crisis counselors making Mid-Missouri a safer and more inclusive place to live, and empowering our Deaf neighbors to continue to call this area home.
With budget cuts to state and federal grants that fund our direct services for the communities, we need your support more than ever.
Here at DeafLEAD, your generous donation goes a long way.
You will receive donation receipts for tax write offs, and we are grateful for any amount you can give.

Serving Missouri & Beyond
DeaflEAD is an organization with a specialty in serving Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and Late-Deafened victims of crime, and is the only organization to provide those supports on a statewide basis.

Maintaining Accessibility
We also launched the first 24/7/365 national emotional distress videophone hotline for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and Late-Deafened community members.

Helping All in Need
Additionally, we run the Missouri Crisis Line where hearing callers can receive free 24/7/365 crisis support.
Contributions in ANY amount to DeafLEAD can be lifesaving for Deaf victims attempting to leave an abusive environment.
All DeafLEAD’s services are free to the individuals we serve. Donations to DeafLEAD go towards meeting the safety needs of our clients. Donations will go towards our general services fund unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if you would like to donate to a specific cause.
